These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", or "your") and kakabaji ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kakabaji website or its associated services, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them in their entirety.

kakabaji is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. The platform offers live casino games, cricket betting, sports wagering, slot games, and other related entertainment services. All services are provided for recreational and entertainment purposes only.

kakabaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the kakabaji website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency or ambiguity arising from translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.

By creating an account on kakabaji, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility criteria listed above. kakabaji reserves the right to request verification of any eligibility criterion at any time and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access betting and gaming services on kakabaji, you must register for a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and cancellation of any pending withdrawals.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active account on kakabaji. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. kakabaji employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed, bonuses may be voided, and balances may be subject to review.

3.3 KYC Verification

kakabaji applies Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures to all player accounts. As part of this process, you may be required to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of current residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days)

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kakabaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh:

4.2 Deposit Limits

4.4 Failed and Reversed Transactions

In the event that a deposit transaction fails to credit to your kakabaji account, you should retain your transaction reference number from your mobile wallet provider or bank and contact support@kakabaji with the reference. kakabaji will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within a reasonable timeframe. kakabaji is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

kakabaji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and T20 World Cup.

All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each individual promotion. By claiming any bonus on kakabaji, you agree to the terms of that specific promotion in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified account on kakabaji and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible to receive a 100% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

kakabaji operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in the voiding of bonuses, cancellation of associated winnings, and account suspension:

• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus offers
• Using betting strategies specifically designed to circumvent wagering requirements (e.g., low-risk matched betting across bonus-funded accounts)
• Providing false information to qualify for a bonus

5.4 Modifications to Promotions

kakabaji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. If a promotion is withdrawn before you have completed its wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance may be removed from your account. Cash balances (deposits and verified winnings) are not affected by the modification or withdrawal of a bonus offer.

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports betting on kakabaji — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international Test matches), football, kabaddi, and hockey — is subject to the specific rules published for each sport and market on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. kakabaji reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds (e.g., odds that were the result of a technical error or data feed failure). In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's account.

6.2 Live In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are subject to rapid changes and may be suspended or settled at any time based on match conditions and data provider feeds. kakabaji accepts no liability for bets placed after the outcome of an event has been determined but before the market has been officially settled. Any bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Casino and RNG Games

6.4 Live Casino

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the kakabaji platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension and may result in permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Underage gambling: Allowing or assisting any person under the age of 18 to access or use a kakabaji account.
• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity, or impersonating another individual in any interaction with kakabaji.
• Account sharing: Allowing any third party to access, operate, or place bets using your kakabaji account.
• Money laundering: Using kakabaji to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. kakabaji is obligated to report suspicious financial activity and cooperates fully with relevant authorities.
• Collusion and match-fixing: Colluding with other players, sports participants, or third parties to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or placing bets with knowledge of a fixed outcome.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, automated scripts, or any software tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with a payment provider after funds have been credited to your kakabaji account. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and full recovery of disputed amounts from the account balance.
• Harassment: Engaging in threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive behaviour toward kakabaji staff or other players.

8.1 Suspension by kakabaji

kakabaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after a request has been made
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity
• Suspicion of underage gambling
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Instructions from relevant legal or regulatory authorities

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, kakabaji reserves the right to void any pending bets, void any unclaimed bonus balances, and withhold withdrawal of funds pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity is confirmed, kakabaji may forfeit the entire account balance.

8.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kakabaji account at any time by contacting support@kakabaji. Upon receipt of a closure request, kakabaji will process any pending verified withdrawals to your registered payment method before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively impacting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion period through the kakabaji account settings panel or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanently. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or receive promotional communications from kakabaji. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. kakabaji will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address prior to applying any dormancy-related administrative fee. The dormancy fee will not exceed the remaining account balance.
